End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Sriyog.Com. This EULA agreement governs your acquisition and use of our Sriyog software ("Software") directly from Sriyog.Com or indirectly through a Sriyog.Com authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller"). Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Sriyog software. It provides a license to use the Sriyog software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

Eligibility/Age

Anyone under the age of 18 is not authorized to provide or receive services in Sriyog.Com.

Accounts

You are supposed to provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times when creating an account in Sriyog.Com. If the provided information is misleading or incorrect, it will be considered a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are yourself responsible to safeguard your account details like username and password. You agree to keep your password safe and not to share it to any third party. If your account is compromised or in case of any security issue, you must notify us immediately.

Understanding of our Platform

Please read this EULA agreement carefully before completing the installation process and using the Sriyog software. It provides a license to use the Sriyog software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for the Sriyog software, this EULA agreement will also govern that. By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Sriyog software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA agreement.

Furthermore, we do not provide any insurance or assurance to any of the services listed on our website, neither we will charge any fees for using our platform. If you are using Sriyog.Com for providing or receiving any service from our users, we strongly recommend you to take necessary precautions and safety measures to protect yourself. You agree that you cannot hold us responsible in case of any defaults from the providers. If you have any bad experience, please complain us about the particular Provider and we will take action to terminate their accounts.

License Grant

Sriyog.Com hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Sriyog software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA agreement.

Delivery/Payment

You are permitted to load the Sriyog software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Sriyog software. You are supposed to provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times when creating an account. If the provided information is misleading or incorrect, it will be considered a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Platform. You are yourself responsible to safeguard your account details like the username and password. You agree to keep your password safe and not to share it to any third party. If your account is compromised, or in case of any security issues, you must notify us immediately.

You are not permitted to:

Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things.

Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose.

Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.

Use the Software for any purpose that Sriyog.Com considers is a breach of this EULA agreement.

Sriyog.Com reserves the right to grant licences to use the Software to third parties.

Laws of Nepal Government and other international laws. You will be held liable in case of infringement of copyright.

Termination

This EULA agreement is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Sriyog.Com.

It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA agreement. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA agreement will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software. The provisions that by their nature continue and survive will survive any termination of this EULA agreement.

Entire Agreement

The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and sriyog.com regarding your use of the Application and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and Sriyog.Com.

You may be subject to additional terms and conditions that apply when you use or purchase other sriyog.com's services, which Sriyog.Com will provide to you at the time of such use or purchase.
